The Manager’s console displays complete visibility of sales and staffing performance. Comprehensive sets of graphical reports are available for individual or consolidated branch analysis. This valuable intelligence enables clients to identify trends and behaviours over a pre-defined period or subject field, empowering business leaders to make informed decisions around; trading, stock, pricing, promotions, menu’s and human resourcing.

Commander data is captured in real-time, giving Managers the capability to implement changes without delay and respond to the evolving needs of the business.

Operating Environment

At the centre of each Commander deployment is or Microsoft SQL Express 2008 or Microsoft’s SQL 2008 database running on the latest Windows 7 PC and Windows 2010 Server operating systems. For larger deployments, where greater resilience and availability is requisitioned, Commander Databases are supported by Microsoft Cluster Service (MSCS).
