Product Description
Thermodyne is a precision heat transferring system that can provide consistent heat to food, without exposing them to temperatures beyond their desired internal temperature. Thermodyne’s patented Fluid Shelf® System offers food quality like no other equipment. Using Fluid Shelf® technology, each individual shelf in the cabinet is heated using glycol liquid, allowing food to be held at precise temperatures without fear of overcooking or drying out. As oppose to convection fans or heating elements that rely on air movement and strategic food placement, Fluid Shelf® technology uses low temperature conduction for transferring heat to the food. This simply means that food is not exposed to high temperatures that cause shrinkage, product waste, and additional training and labour.

Its gentle heat can suspend food in time ensuring that your last customer of the day will enjoy the same fresh experience as the first, allowing your most talented staff to use their time more effectively in the creation of a perfect culinary experience.

Alternatively, the Thermodyne can also be utilized as a ‘slow-cooker’, cooking large portions of beef for example throughout the night, resulting in succulent and perfectly cooked meat ready for service (and can then be held all day at this level, without drying out or overcooking).

The Thermodyne is also proven to save its customers money - As a recent case study carried out by Advance at the Wheelhouse, Falkirk, part of the Townhouse Restaurants Group proved. Not only did the restaurant use the Thermodyne 24/7 for slow cooking and holding with fantastic results, the Thermodyne proved inexpensive to run, costing only 10per hour! Owner of the Wheelhouse – Malcom Binnie quoted “Thermodyne gives us better quality, higher volume and lower running costs, and they reduce staff costs. What’s more they make my job much easier”.

Sound too good to be true??? Come and see for yourself at the Advance Group Stand - 566a, CESA Innovation Zone.
