Product Name Evolution Product Description Following the successful introduction of Evolution ‘Sand’, earlier this year, a new colour have been added to the range. The warm white of ‘Pearl’ will enhance any type of food presentation. These two colours can be combined for an individual look. Avril Gayne, Hospitality Services and Control Manager at the Eden Project, commented, “It’s not just the origins of our food and the impact on the environment that we are passionate about. What excites us about Evolution is the fact that, like our menus, ingredients are sourced locally whenever possible, supporting the community and keeping carbon production to a minimum.” Stoke-on-Trent hospitality tableware manufacturer Dudson has developed Evolution with the prime objective of reducing the carbon footprint created during the manufacturing process. And, at 79%* less carbon than the equivalent porcelain product, Evolution currently has the lowest carbon emissions of any ceramic hospitality tableware manufactured anywhere in the world.
