Hospitality is the must-attend event of 2011 for people involved in the hospitality industry.

Nearly 2,500 senior foodservice and hospitality directors attended in 2009, 37% more than the previous show. In 2011, more than 2,000 chefs will attend – more than any other comparable show.

2011 sees the relaunch of the Speciality Food Pavilion - attracting even more buyers -  and once again plays host to Salon Culinaire, the world renowned culinary competition comprising La Parade des Chefs, Salon Display, and Live Theatre.
