Cimbali UK set to 'bust a queue’ at Hospitality 2011

Cimbali UK is set to host a showdown like no other at Hospitality 2011 in Birmingham next month.

The Italian espresso machine manufacturer is bringing two of its heavyweight machines and a top barista, giving visitors a chance to see just how quickly its superautomatic machine range can help the hospitality industry to ‘bust a queue’.

In one corner, operated by a top Cimbali barista, will be the M29 Selectron traditional machine, equipped with two manual steam arms. Equipped with a microprocessor for easy programming of coffee and hot water dosage, the machine is specifically designed to accommodate tall cups and glasses of up to 14 centimetres in height.

It’s a force to be reckoned with, make no mistake, but taking it on, in the other corner, operated by visitors to the stand will be the M53 S100 Turbo, a user-friendly superautomatic espresso and cappuccino machine.

Its Smart Boiler system boosts steam and hot water capacity by around 30 per cent, thus avoiding production drops during periods of high demand, with two steam arms equipped with Cimbali’s patented Turbo Steam technology.

This makes milk frothing simpler than ever with a temperature-sensing steam wand that provides perfectly frothed milk without manual intervention – even hands-free.

An easily adjustable group thermal balancing system, which Cimbali calls ThermoDrive and top-loading TurboGrinder help this unit to pack a serious punch!

“We want to show the hospitality industry that the country’s love for coffee is a great money-maker and with little or no training they can serve perfect quality coffee quicker than their high-street rivals,” said UK sales and marketing manager for Cimbali UK, Matthew Tuffee, “so please come and see us on stand 564a and join the bout with our barista!”
