Holy Cow! Sauces With A Difference
The Holy Cow! Food Company produces a range of premium- quality Indian inspired table sauces. Within two years of launching they are now listed in major supermarkets including Sainsbury’s and Asda, as well as securing key catering clients including Bourne Leisure, Mecca bingo and Kinepolis Cinemas. They have since built up a strong reputation through their dedication to taste and quality.
Each one of their sauces offers a unique experience to the taste buds, made using a special blend of different spices to add layers of flavour and a kick of heat. Holy Cow! Sauces are also incredibly versatile, and can be used as marinades, dips, cooking ingredients or simply as an alternative to your traditional table sauces. They are made from all natural ingredients and are suitable for both, vegetarians and vegans as well as being gluten free.
Riding on the popularity of their current range, this year will see the company launch a selection of new products. At Hospitality 2011 they will be showcasing their new range of Holy Cow! Dip Pots and Squeezy Bottles that are perfect for use in the catering and food to go industry. The portion pots are already exported to the largest cinema chain in Belgium where they are used as a dip alongside nachos, and are proving to be a huge success with 83% of cinema goers preferring these dips to the traditional salsas on offer. To coincide with the launch of these dip pots, Holy Cow! are also producing a range of Holy Cow! platters and bar snacks to serve alongside the portion pots.
Also joining the Holy Cow! product family at Hospitality this year, will be an exciting new range of unique curry sauces and ready to eat curries, with high end premium versions of existing popular flavours including Tikka Masala and Korma, as well as some more unique regional flavours including Kashmir Lamb Curry, Goan Prawn Curry and Madras Chicken Chettinad.
These will be available in a variety of different catering sized packages, including the newly launched pre-portioned pouches which are ideal for heating up in a sous-vide. This packaging offers the perfect solution for portion control and less wastage, as well as helping to retain moisture when cooked, adding to the quality of the product.
