The Staff Canteen Live showcased the culinary skills of some of the UK’s leading chefs as they recreated dishes from their own establishments in a highly interactive environment.Visitors were able to gain an unrivalled insight into the chefs’ skills and recipes as they offered advice and took questions throughout the live cooking demonstration.

Leading the stellar line-up, Birmingham's very own Glynn Purnell showcased a special dish from the menu of his eponymous, Michelin-starred restaurant in Birmingham. He was joined by head pastry chef, Luke Butcher. The pair appeared on stage, demonstrating how they create dishes for the menu at Purnell’s.

Held in conjunction with speciality produce supplier, Westlands and Chef Works, Callebaut, Gram and Wild Atlantic Prawns, The Staff Canteen ran regular sessions every day of the three-day show with a changing line-up of chefs providing visitors with interactive demonstrations, recipe guidance and cooking tips.
